By purchasing a pattern, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the pattern for your individual crafting purposes only. This license does not transfer ownership of the pattern or any intellectual property rights to you.

Prohibited Uses:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the PDF pattern files in any format (digital or printed).
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or re-upload the pattern text, images, diagrams, or instructions to any website, social media platform, file-sharing service, or any other medium.
  • You may not claim the pattern design as your own original work.
  • You may not translate, modify, or create derivative works of the pattern for redistribution or resale.

Finished Items:

You ARE permitted to sell finished, handmade physical items that you personally create using our patterns. However, you must credit our store as the pattern designer when selling finished items . Mass production or factory manufacturing of items from our patterns is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of these copyright terms may result in legal action. We reserve the right to revoke your license and pursue damages for unauthorized use or distribution of our patterns.

General Terms

All sales are final upon download. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product description and agree to these terms.

We are not responsible for any errors in your finished product resulting from misinterpretation of the pattern instructions.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once the pattern has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Our patterns are provided for personal use and enjoyment. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur from the use of our patterns or the creation of finished items.
