No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Due to the instant and permanent nature of digital downloads, all sales of our PDF crochet patterns are final. Once you have accessed or downloaded the digital files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions to Our Policy

We understand that technical issues can occur. We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

• Corrupt or damaged files that cannot be opened or used
• Accidental duplicate purchases of the same pattern
• Download link not received or technical delivery failure
• Pattern significantly differs from the product description

How to Request Support

If you experience any of the issues listed above, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase with the following information:

• Your order number and purchase date
• A detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
• Screenshots or evidence of the technical problem (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
